We offer a range of services designed to enhance the lives of children, teens and adults with disabilities throughout the state of Florida. Who we work with
Qualification Details
CRN is your trusted partner for exceptional services to individuals with developmental disabilities. For individuals 21 years of age or older, we are contracted with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) to provide Waiver Services. In addition, we offer self-payment options for eligible service lines.
For those under 21 with special health care needs, we participate in the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care program and are an approved provider for Children’s Medical Services (CMS). We’re dedicated to meeting diverse needs, supporting each person on their unique journey.

Premiere Provider in Florida
CRN proudly serves communities across Florida, with offices in Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Daytona Beach. Our dedicated service providers are available to assist families and individuals in Southwest, Northeast and Central Florida. Our conveniently located Life Skills Programs can be found in Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Daytona Beach.
